Another pretty song. Very fitting on this rainy day. Love all your songs Uncle Pat.
Hey, this Pat Collins is good !!! I didn't know he could sing this good, Of course, I knew him when !!!
Keep on belt them out Big Guy !!!
Is this the one Willie Nelson did? Your version is much better, Uncle Pat.
I'm very late to the game here and am just listening to Uncle Pat's songs for the first time. WOW! Now we know where the rest of you got your singing talent:-)
Melissa, you're so right.
Hey, Rudolph Victor -- welcome to the blog. Don't be a stranger.
I hope we'll get to meet Rudolph Victor as well as James Neil and his family when we go to Ohio next weekend!!!!
Kathy Gail, I was begining to think this Rudolph Victor was part of the Collins clan but with a name like "Chimplenski" I beleive he may be from Russia. We've got to "check up" on him.
Well now, his mother could be a Collins who married Chimplenski from...... I don't know where, but I don't think it is Pound, Virginia.
We love you Victor whoever you are!
I was about to say that earlier then I thought of all the possibilities. Do I dare say more? No! Just having fun!I do like that name-Rudolph Victor Chimplenski. Sounds sophisticated.
I think I have figured him out, Jan! I think he cooked dinner for us when we visited Ohio a couple of years ago. He made us feel like we were very important "somebodies"! I think the name Rudolph Victor Chimplenski is an alias!
great singing pat love the song
Thank you Cecil
