Today I was feeling really down
I took a moment to look around

I was standing on my own two feet
I had clothes to wear and plenty to eat

 I counted my blessings one by one
As I thought of all God had done

He gave me life and a chance to be
With Him in Heaven eternally

I made that choice many years ago
And now I want the world to know

The love in my heart is really real
And Gods presence I can feel

Thank you Lord for being with me
And giving me the time to see.
